The Kiton brand represents a reference point for Neapolitan tailoring but also for luxury Made in Italy clothing.

Kiton Brand

The Kiton Brand, one of the most famous Italian luxury clothing brands, was founded in 1956 under the name CIPA.

Ciro Paone, a textile merchant for 5 generations, founded the CIPA company in 1956.

Later in 1968 CIPA was rebranded as Kiton.

The Brand Kiton takes its name from the Greek word “chiton”. In ancient Greece the “chiton” were a type of sewn clothing called tunics.

The Neapolitan company is known primarily for luxury men’s clothing. However now it is expanding its offer with clothing for women, always luxury.
